Field Coordinator

Location: Ghodmal Village, Wada Taluka, Palghar District, Maharashtra

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and committed Field Coordinator to support the implementation of community development and livelihood projects in rural and tribal communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate field-level project activities and ensure smooth implementation.

* Mobilise community members and engage with beneficiaries, women’s groups and community peer leaders.

* Conduct village visits, meetings, awareness sessions and training activities.

* Maintain attendance records, beneficiary data, registers and project documentation.

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports.

* Coordinate with the project team and support day-to-day field operations.

Eligibility & Skills

* BSW, MSW, Rural Development or a related qualification preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills preferred.

* Good communication and community engagement skills.

* Willingness to travel to nearby villages and work closely with rural and tribal communities.

* Prior experience in community mobilisation or field-level project implementation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
