Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; any graduate can apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Coordinator to coordinate field activities, communicate with clients and team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily field activities.
• Visit client locations and coordinate with on-site teams as required.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Track work progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Maintain field reports, records, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and report field-level issues to the concerned team.
• Support the team in planning and organizing field operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to field locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering candidates are preferred.
• Candidates from any graduate background can also apply.
