Job Title: Field Credit Staff

Location: Lalupon, Ibadan

Salary: ₦100,000 per month

Other Benefit: Free shared accommodation

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role: A money-lending company is recruiting Field Loan Officers to source new customers, disburse loans, and ensure timely recovery of funds. This is a fully field-based position that requires actively engaging individuals and small businesses interested in loans. It is suitable only for candidates who are comfortable working outside the office on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE in any discipline
• Willingness and ability to work extensively in the field, engaging petty traders and small business owners
• Fluency in both English and Yoruba
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Previous experience in a microfinance bank or lending institution is an added advantage
• Must reside in or around Boluwaji, Ibadan (strongly preferred)
• Must be currently unemployed and available to resume immediately. Candidates who require a notice period of weeks or a month will not be considered, as this is an urgent hiring need.

Key Duties

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend prospective loan customers
• Conduct field visits to verify customer information, business locations, and collateral
• Assess customers’ creditworthiness and repayment capacity
• Prepare and process loan applications with complete and accurate documentation
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up diligently to minimize defaults
• Recover overdue loans and manage delinquent accounts
• Ensure strict compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines
• Educate customers on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per hour
