Field CRM Executive

Manage complete customer service lifecycle, from onboarding to end date of services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with every customers of allocation. • Handle customer queries & timely closure of complaints, service issues, and billing-related concerns. • Conduct regular customer follow-ups and field visits across Delhi NCR. • Follow up with customers for pending Invoices, TDS & GST, outstanding dues, agreement renewals, and billing requirements. Achieve monthly Billing targets to maintain company cashflow. • Maintain customer-wise records of outstanding amounts, payment commitments, collections, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with the internal Billing, Accounts, Technical, Sales, and Operations teams for timely resolution of customer issues. • Monitor overdue accounts and escalate long-pending payments to the concerned authority. • Maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of company products and services. • Support customer retention and reduce customer churn. • Prepare and share regular reports related to customer follow-ups, collections, outstanding payments, and customer issues. • Achieve assigned CRM, collection, customer retention, and business development targets.
