Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network configuration as needed.
Perform on-site visits for equipment installation, maintenance, or repair.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Male candidates preferrable.
Two wheeler is mandatory.
