Key Responsibilities

• 半導体製造装置のフィールドサービスのマネージメント

• 半導体製造装置の現地工場での立ち上げ業務のマネージメント

• 半導体製造装置のフォールドサービスのブリッジ（海外の案件と国内顧客とのブリッジ）

• 海外、国内出張（フィールドサービスマネージメント業務）

• 半導体製造装置のフィールドサービスエンジニアの育成と管理

• 英語を使いエンジニアと顧客とのブリッジワーク

• Field Service Manager of semiconductor manufacturing equipment

• Management of on-site startup operations for semiconductor manufacturing equipment

• Field service bridge role for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (bridging overseas projects and domestic customers)

• Domestic and overseas business trips (field service management)

• Training and management of field service engineers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment

• Bridging the gap between engineers and clients using English.

Work Experience

必須要件 Must Have

• 半導体製造装置のフィールドエンジニア業務と立ち上げ業務経験者（5年以上）

• 部下の管理経験者（3年以上）

• お客様やチームメンバーからの要求内容の理解

• チームワークが出来る方

• 半導体製造装置のトラブルシューティング経験者

• 海外、国内出張可能な方（数週間程度）

• 英語のスキル（TOEIC700ポイント以上）、業務で英語を使った経験５年以上

• Having communications skills (The ability to consistently report, consult and communicate)

• Understand the customer's and our team member’s requirements

• Person who works well with team members.

• Person who likes working and adjusting machines.

• Person who takes work seriously.

• Person who does not mind standing for long time in clean room.

• Person who can do a business trip for approximately 1.5 months at a time

尚可要件 Good to Have

• 国外の半導体装置メーカーにてフィールドサービスのマネージャー経験者

• クリーンルーム内の作業経験

• 半導体装置産業に関する安全基準に精通していること。

• グローバルチームや利害関係者とやり取りできる優れたコミュニケーションスキル。

• Experience in installation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacture Equipment and medical device.

• Experience in work in clean room.

• Exposure to safety standards pertaining to Semiconductor equipment industry.

Outstanding communication skill which can communicate with global team or stakeholder.

語学力 Language Skill

• 日本人又は日本語 – Ｎ1 または相当レベル

Japanese National or Japanese: N1 Level or equivalent
