Key responsibilities
- Perform hardware repairs, installations, software upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide root cause analysis to customers
- Train bank staff on First Line Maintenance procedures
- Ensure SLA compliance and handle customer complaints professionally
- Escalate maintenance concerns promptly to supervisors
About you
- Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related course
- Basic knowledge of hardware repair and installation, and software upgrades
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented
- Willing to do field work and on-site troubleshooting
- Willing to travel around Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
