Field Engineer

We are looking for a field engineer to inspect infrastructure and conduct site research to solve problems quickly.

For this job, you need an engineering degree and familiarity with the technical aspects of machines, equipment, and technology used in different field projects. You should also be an excellent problem-solver and able to manage crises when they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise site operations and manpower; ensure on-time project delivery
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
3. Monitor schedules, progress, quality, and safety compliance
4. Conduct site inspections, assessments, and surveys
5. Prepare daily logs and weekly/monthly reports
6. Provide technical support and resolve site issues
7. Lead and motivate the site team; ensure proper training
8. Manage materials, procurement, and usage
9. Communicate with clients and stakeholders
10. Drive continuous improvement and efficient work practices

Job Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Must be a Registered and Licensed Engineer with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction and civil engineering projects.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management.

• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Willing to relocate and work in Quezon City and/or Parañaque City

• Flexibility and readiness to be assigned to various construction sites across Metro Manila and neighboring provinces within the NCR vicinity.
