Field Engineer

Job Summary

Oversees and supervises on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and site documentation
• Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field
• With experience in site supervision and construction works
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to project sites (NCR or provincial)

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
