What You’ll Do:
As a Field Engineer, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to help plan, organize, and execute construction projects. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, giving you well-rounded experience and plenty of room to advance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety is always the top priority
• Interpret construction drawings and project documents
• Create field sketches and construction details
• Inspect job sites for quality and progress
• Provide technical support to field crews
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors
• Track materials, report progress, and help manage project budgets
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Attend project meetings and provide updates
• Perform quality control and assurance checks

Requirements

To be considered, preferred applicants should present the following:

• 0-2 years of construction or engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office proficiency (bonus points for experience with VISTA, HeavyJob, BlueBeam, or AutoCAD)
• Willing to work in varying outdoor conditions, travel as needed, and be flexible with hours (nights/weekends/on-call)
