Due to a period of significant growth, we are looking for a driven, hands on Field Engineer to join our Wellington based team.

The Role

In this highly accountable position, you will ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our clients' IT infrastructures. You will be stepping into a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help drive our customers' Modern Workplace transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support: Manage, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and 2 technical requirements strictly within SLA timeframes.
• Infrastructure Management: Support both virtual and physical ICT environments, from initial design through to flawless implementation and continuous support.
• Systems Deployment: Execute a wide variety of installations, configurations, and upgrades across workstations, servers, and related hardware/software.
• Troubleshooting: Conduct investigation, diagnostic testing, and repair/resolution of system hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Project Delivery: Assist with new technology implementation projects and work closely with the broader support team to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will bring:

• Modern Workplace Expertise: Proven experience supporting Modern Workplace environments, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM) and device management.
• Core Tech Stack: Solid experience across Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, Apple, Cyber Security, and Networking.
• Technical Excellence: Strong foundational troubleshooting skills for Level 1 and 2 issues.
• Outstanding Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English, coupled with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to users at all levels of a business.
• Client-Facing Polish: Top tier customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a great user experience.
