TMC is expanding its team to support testing and validation of vehicle electrical and electronic systems for top automotive companies in Northern Italy, with a specific focus on autonomous driving platforms.

About this vacancy

You will work on ECUs, sensors, actuators, body electronics, infotainment, and communication networks, with particular involvement in systems enabling autonomous driving such as perception sensors, control units, and sensor fusion modules. You will perform bench and in‑vehicle testing and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced driverless‑vehicle technologies.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Experience in testing automotive E/E systems
• Knowledge of ECUs, body electronics, sensors/actuators, infotainment, and ADAS components
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN communication, diagnostic protocols (UDS), and Vector tools (CANalyzer/CANoe)
• Ability to perform bench and in‑vehicle testing, analyze logs, and document results
• Competence in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to support root cause analysis
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Availability for national and international travel
• Previous experience or knowledge in autonomous driving technologies

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €34.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
