Field Engineer

Resource Management & Site Operations:

• Interpret and execute works based on approved construction plans, specifications, and methodologies.
• Supervise, control and manage allocated resources (labor, equipment, and materials) to ensure accomplishment of site activities within target schedules.
• Report immediately the issue which is unforeseen, unexpected condition on site, any changes on site to immediate superior.

Site Operations Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedule (dailv) aliened with the instructed weekly/monthlv timelines from Projec
• Superintendents.
• Proactively suggest a catch up plan in case of delays to align with target schedules- Preparation of construction documents related to work scope such as work permits/plans, purchase requisitions, etc.Quality & Safety Assurance:
• UnderQuality & Safety Assurance:- Understand/Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure safety remains a top site priorstand/Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Site Coordination:

• Maintain effective coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, JV staff, and consultants (during inspections).
• Ensure smooth communication of instructions, expectations, and site requirements.

Reporting, Documentation and Team Support:

• Report on a timely manner on site progress, issues, and status updates to designated group chats (viber/telegram) with internal team and external team with consultant.
