Field Engineer

Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC), a real estate development company with over 70 hectares of prime properties spread across four thriving residential communities - Monte Vista, Alta Monte, Montebello and South Midland is currently seeking for a Field Engineer. Interested candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to structural standards. This role also oversees the preventive maintenance and operation of water and electrical utility systems across all company subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring all work aligns with approved plans, ASEP/ACI codes, and quality specifications.
• Timeline & Budget: Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to keep projects within approved schedules and financial estimates.
• Documentation: Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimates for new builds/landscaping, and general specifications for permits and bank requirements.
• Reporting: Analyze project data to provide weekly accomplishment reports and status updates to senior management.

2. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight

• Plan Review: Ensure all plans, shop drawings, and as-builts are updated, complete, and signed off before and during execution.
• Material Testing: Oversee standard material testing with 3rd-party labs to ensure structural integrity and adherence to tolerances.
• Final Turnover: Facilitate the formal inspection and turnover of housing, condo units, and lots to clients.

3. Utilities & Facilities Management

• Preventive Maintenance (PMS): Develop and manage a systematic maintenance program for water lines and electrical systems; maintain all related records and as-built drawings.
• Utility Operations: Process Meralco applications, manage utility billings, and conduct annual water acidity and pump system efficiency studies.
• Repairs: Inspect and manage repairs for pumps, motors, control panels, and water line accessories.
• Budgeting: Create annual budget programs for the maintenance of water and electrical facilities.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

• Personnel Management: Assign tasks, provide coaching, for maintenance staffs.
• Contractor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd-party contractors, ensuring they are briefed, monitored, and vetted.
• Administrative Support: Manage petty cash for utilities/admin and handle the canvassing and purchasing of necessary project materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in site development, building construction, and utility maintenance.
• Knowledge of ACI and ASEP design codes.
• Proficiency in project reporting, cost estimation, and technical drawing review.
• Possession of a degree in Civil engineering
• Willing to be deployed in Tagaytay City
• Experience in preparing documents for Building Permits and Bank Appraisals is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
