Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is responsible for supervising and monitoring daily construction activities at the project site to ensure that all works are executed according to approved plans, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position coordinates with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other project personnel to ensure the timely and efficient completion of construction works.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering course, depending on project requirements.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer for positions requiring professional engineering judgment or sign-off.
• With relevant experience in construction site supervision, project implementation, and engineering documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with construction methods, quality control procedures, and occupational safety and health requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and, preferably, AutoCAD and construction reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work and be assigned to project sites as required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
