Field Engineer

Job Summary:

• Manages on-site technical operations, quality control, site layouts, and blueprint interpretations. They act as the primary bridge between the design office and the field crew, ensuring building projects follow approved plans, safety codes, and local regulations.

Job Duties:

• Set primary and working control points, verify elevations, and mark spatial dimensions for trade crews.
• Inspect formwork, rebar, structural elements, and installations to confirm they match project specifications.
• Create lift drawings, process Requests for Information (RFIs), and maintain red-line as-built drawings.
• Help schedule material deliveries, guide subcontractors, and assist project superintendents with daily trade huddles.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
• With experience in Road and bridge construction is a plus
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be flexible and a good team player
• Willing to do field work
• Willing to be relocated anywhere
• Amenable to work in Noveleta, Cavite.
