Position Summary
The Formworks Engineer is responsible for the design review, inspection, supervision, and safe execution of all formwork activities on the PCG Project. Key Responsibilities

- Reject or replace materials that are damaged or do not meet standards.
- Erection Supervision
- Supervise erection and guide the crew on assembly, plumb, level, verticality, and tie spacing.

- Conduct pre-pour inspection and sign the clearance before concreting starts.
- Monitor formwork during the pour for bulging, shifting, or leakage, and order immediate corrective action.
- Stripping and Dismantling
- Plan the stripping schedule based on the curing period and strength test results.
- Supervise safe dismantling, handling, storage, and reuse of formwork materials.
- Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety requirements: fall protection, load limits, and proper shoring.
- Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately and ensure corrective actions are carried out.
- Documentation and Records
- Maintain inspection checklists, material logs, and records of defects and corrections.
- Submit regular progress and quality reports to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred.
- 3 years of experience in building or structural construction, with at least 2 years in formworks supervision.
- Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects is an advantage.
- Safety training (e.g., DOLE 40-hour COSH / BOSH) preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, shoring, and concrete placement.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings and compute loads.
- Sound knowledge of quality control and construction safety standards.
- Good leadership and crew supervision skills.
- Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping and reporting skills.

- PPE required at all times on site.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
