As part of the programme, you will receive structured training and hands-on experience in areas including:

• Induction and technical development
• Engineering installation and commissioning
• Acceptance inspection and quality standards
• Service and periodic safety inspections
• Digital business and remote monitoring technologies
• Escalator installation and commissioning
• Performance and technical standards for field technicians

You will progressively develop the technical knowledge and practical capabilities required to support consistent and high-quality engineering performance.
