Roles & Responsibilities - Field Engineering Executive

• Oversee engineering and facilities operations at the site.
• Oversee MEP systems, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and asset upkeep.
• Plan and execute refurbishment, fit-out, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, quality, costs, and handover.
• Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and service partners, including performance and negotiations.
• Prepare and monitor CAPEX/OPEX budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Ensure safety, statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met across sites.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external agencies, particularly for leased properties.
• Conduct regular site reviews and proactively address technical, operational, and infrastructure issues.
• Drive standardization, process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across locations.
• Prepare and review MIS, maintenance reports, project updates, and engineering KPIs for management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, and construction/project management.
• Experience managing multiple distributed facilities/sites.
• Proven track record of delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Experience working with leased commercial properties is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Construction and refurbishment project management.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Safety and statutory compliance.

Language abilities:

• English and working knowledge of Hindi
