Are you a high school graduate looking to start a career in the telecommunications and field engineering industry? Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and working with technology?

SynapsIQ is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Field Engineers. No prior field engineering experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with field installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Support telecommunications network deployment and infrastructure projects.
• Perform on-site technical tasks and troubleshoot basic field issues.
• Collect field data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
• Travel to designated job sites as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in hands-on technical work and field operations.
• Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and work outdoors as required.
