Field Execution Assistant Manager (Southern)

Job Purpose

• This position is responsible for managing in store execution assign area to ensure efficiency instore, customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency in standard of measurement.

Principle Accountability

• Lead and develop a team of Supervisor and BHA.
• Coordinate all retail related cross functional teams (Marketing / Trade / Sales Team) to ensure in alignment and collaborative approach.
• Help to develop guidelines and processes to enhance in smooth store operational efficiency.
• Recommend on in store execution, processes and standards ensuring in measurement consistency and improvement.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance and competitor activities, and can identify impact or opportunities to commercial team.
• Supervisor Define strategy and plan in managing field execution workforces (placement / routing) and developing organization & people capabilities.
• Closely monitor in Business KPIs (sales, productivity, In-store and Operation standards including staff turn-over and develop measurement action plan to optimize sales comparing to budget set up.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales, commercial or support function.
• At least 2 years’ experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
• Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
