Field Executive

Conduct field research, maintain databases, and track market trends to support real estate analysis, including data collection, stacking plans, and occupier movement monitoring.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Daily visit office buildings, malls and high streets, and warehouses for the collection of data
• Desktop research to data mine government websites for relevant data
• Maintain an updated database of upcoming buildings
• Preparation of stacking plans
• Track movement of large occupiers

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge about MS Word and MS Excel
• Two two-wheeler must
• Ability to travel to different parts of the city
