Field Executive

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Field Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer coordination, follow-ups, data collection, and supporting day-to-day field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits as assigned.
• Coordinate with customers and field teams.
• Handle customer follow-ups and enquiries.
• Collect and maintain required field information.
• Submit daily/weekly field reports.
• Visit different locations as required for business activities.
• Support the management in field-related operations.
• Maintain good professional relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai and other locations when required.
• Previous field experience is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and reporting applications.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
