Field Executive

FIELD EXECUTIVEPosition Overview

The Field Executive will be responsible for field visits, client coordination, business development support, market visits, document collection, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Field Visits
• Visit clients, prospective customers, project sites, offices, and other assigned locations.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits.
• Business Development
• Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, market research, and networking.
• Explain company services/products and convince prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and support the conversion process.
• Client Coordination
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the concerned department.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.
• Submit regular updates on client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and market activities.
• Collect and submit required documents from clients or field locations.
• Target Achievement
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly field and business-development targets.
• Follow up consistently until the lead reaches the next stage of conversion.
• Other Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Administration, and Management as required.
• Perform other field-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
• Ensure professional conduct and maintain the company's reputation in the market.

Qualification & Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: HS (Higher Secondary)
• Graduation: Preferred
• Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant field/sales experience will be an advantage.
• Communication: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Ability: Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
• Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Official Phone: Must be able to use/handle an official company phone for calls, WhatsApp, reporting, and client communication.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas.
• Computer/Mobile Skills: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, and MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.

Reporting

Reports To: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager / Operations Manager

Important Requirements

Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving Licence + Official Phone + Good Communication & Convincing Skills are mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
