Field Executive

About the Role

Location - Indore , Bhopal, Sirsa, Raichur, Devangere, Kanpur

Field Executives are the ground-level force driving broker activation, customer acquisition, and documentation support across assigned territories. This is a high-energy, people-facing role suited to candidates with strong local networks and a desire to build a career in financial services. Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)

• Activate and regularly engage broker and DSA partn

• Conduct customer visits for document collection, KYC verification, and application pre-screening.

• Guide customers through the loan journey from form-filling to disbursement and ensure accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for application status, query resolution, and pending document follow ups.

• Maintain daily call logs, visit reports, and activity trackers as required by the Regional Manager.

• Distribute marketing materials and address first-level queries from brokers and customers.

• Support collection activities where required — soft follow-ups on due EMIs and escalation of difficult cases.

• Ensure all sourced applications meet KYC/AML standards before submission.

• Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand presence in the local market.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)

• Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or BBA preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, banking, insurance, or financial services; motivated freshers will be considered.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory for most locations.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with partners and customers.

• Basic comfort with smartphone apps, WhatsApp, and digital form-filling tools.

• Fluency in the regional language of the assigned geography is essential.
