Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and source Home Loans, Mortgage Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) from various channels.

• Identify prospective customers through direct sourcing, references, field visits,builders, property dealers, DSA/DST networks and other lead-generation activities.

• Meet customers and understand their financial requirements and eligibility.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms and other applicable charges to customers.

• Collect and verify KYC, income, property and other required documents from applicants.

• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.

• Follow up on applications from login through sanction and disbursement.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers and other business partners.

• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and customer interactions.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding business performance and pipeline.

• Generate new leads and acquire customers for mobility/vehicle loan products

• Visit customers, dealers, and market locations to generate business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, customers, and channel partners.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Collect and verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.
