Job Description: Field Executive – Property Identification & Preschool Setup

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Executive to identify suitable properties and coordinate the setup of new preschool centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and inspect suitable properties for new preschool centres.

• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and franchisees.

• Negotiate rental terms and assist with property finalization.

• Coordinate interiors, painting, furniture, branding, and other setup activities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely centre readiness.

• Maintain property records and submit regular reports to management.

• Travel to assigned locations as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field operations, or business development preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of local property markets and basic MS Excel.

• Willingness to travel; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
