- Assist HR Team in Recording Atendance of Field Based Work Force
- Assist Admin Team in Procurement Related Tasks.
- Coordinating with the Back-Office team.
- Delivery of Documents or Inventory to the clients or Field Based Employees.
- Picking up packages, documents, or other items from the company or senders location.
- Verifying the items to be delivered and ensuring they are packaged properly.
- Planning the most efficient delivery route.
- Transporting items safely to the recipients location.
- Delivering items in a timely manner and obtaining signatures or proof of delivery.
- Resolving any issues that arise during the delivery process
- Keeping records of deliveries and receipts for accounting purposes.
- Coordinating with the sender, recipient, and dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.
- Other Field Executive related Functions.
