- Build and maintain strong relationships with painters and contractors.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote JSW Paints products in the assigned territory.
- Follow up with customers and contractors to support sales conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales and market coverage targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and activity reports.
- Provide market feedback to the sales team.
