Field Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Visit vehicle owners, dealers, garages, and scrap vendors to generate leads for end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).
• Identify and source old, damaged, and scrap vehicles for scrapping through the RVSF facility.
• Coordinate with customers for vehicle collection, documentation, and scrapping procedures.
• Explain the vehicle scrapping process, benefits, and applicable documentation requirements to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, garages, fleet operators, and other potential business partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team for vehicle pickup, transportation, and processing.
• Ensure timely collection of required vehicle documents and support verification procedures.
• Achieve assigned field targets for lead generation, vehicle sourcing, and business development.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, customer follow-ups, and field activity records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable vehicle scrapping regulations.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong field coordination and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of local markets and vehicle dealers is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Experience: 0-2 years in field sales, vehicle sourcing, automobile, or scrap-related activities preferred. Freshers with good communication and fieldwork skills may also be considered.
