Field Executive

• Role: Field Sales Executive – EVER
• Franchise Sales: Pitch and sell EVER retail store franchises to local Kirana owners and prospective merchants.
• App Adoption: Drive active merchant downloads and onboarding for the EVER retail SaaS platform.
• Field Marketing: Conduct direct, on-the-ground market outreach and door-to-door visits to generate new leads.
• Brand Advocacy: Educate local store owners on the benefits of "Bright Stores" versus dark store delivery models.
• Merchant Relations: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with local retailers and franchise partners.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for franchise sign-ups and app conversions.
• Reporting: Track daily field activities, lead statuses, and merchant feedback effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
