Field Executive – Site Scouting (EV Charging Infrastructure)

SpotCharge is a pan-India EV charging company. We are looking for a proactive Field Executive to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable sites for EV charging stations across North India. The role involves extensive field travel, direct engagement with property owners, and closing site agreements in line with SpotCharge's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify potential sites for EV charger installation (commercial properties, hotels, parking spaces, highways, residential societies, retail outlets, etc.)
• Conduct on-ground site assessments covering location visibility, accessibility, parking availability, and power supply feasibility
• Approach and engage property owners, landlords, and decision-makers to present SpotCharge's site requirements and partnership model
• Negotiate commercial terms and close site lease/partnership agreements
• Capture site details, photographs, GPS locations, and owner information, and submit structured site reports
• Coordinate with the internal BD, legal, and project teams to move sites from finalisation to installation
• Travel outstation across North India as required

Skills & Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Willing to travel extensively, including outstation travel across North India
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade property owners
• Prior experience in field sales, site acquisition, real estate, or telecom tower/retail site scouting will be an advantage

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
