2. Daily printing of corporate checks , scan and upload of checks voucher and request for validation to the Field Manager/Finance Manager

1. Daily approval of Docswave transactions

• Petty Cash Fund Custodian

1. Approval and release of PCF requests
2. Approval of expense of PCF requests

Weekly Task

• Quickbooks

1. Update of transactions in Quickbooks Online
2. Download and Upload of FR and SR transactions in QBO

Monthly Task

• Quickbooks

1. Update and Finalization of QBO
2. Bank reconciliation in QBO

• Monthly Financial Report

1. Do balance sheet reconciliation
2. Update of budget monitoring. Extract files from QBs and put a corresponding tag on the transaction

• Hard Copy Documentation

1. Printing of Journal Vouchers, checking and attachment of hard copy documentations
2. Sending of documents to the Head Office for Audit checking

• Finance Monitoring

1. Review compliance monitoring and recommends issuance of sanctions for non-compliance

• Petty cash Fund

1. Monthly request and replenishment of petty cash fund
