Field Force Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Field Force Analyst to join our team in Belgrade and provide day-to-day operational support across Field Force activities, CRM and business systems, data management and end-user IT support. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and people . The role is well suited to a final-year student, recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build practical experience at the intersection of business, data and technology .

Key Responsibilities

Field Force & CRM Support

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Field Force and CRM users
• Perform routine CRM administration and maintain master data
• Monitor Field Force activity records
• Support resolution of standard CRM and Field Force system requests

Data & Reporting Support

• Prepare, consolidate and validate data for regular reports and analyses
• Work business tools to organize and process operational data
• Perform routine data quality checks and support recurring Field Force monitoring and reporting activities

IT & End-User Support

• Act as the first point of contact for standard IT support and helpdesk requests
• Provide support for standard business and office applications and user equipment
• Prepare, configure and provide support for user equipment
• Maintain equipment records and support IT inventory administration
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding and equipment handover processes
• Escalate complex technical issues to the Field Force Monitoring Manager, central IT or external providers when required

Systems & Projects

• Participate in testing of new system versions, functionalities and business applications
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking and documentation
• Assist with system implementations and operational rollout activities
• Maintain user instructions and operational documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Final-year student, graduate or early-career professional in a relevant field such as engineering, information technology, mathematics, organizational sciences or a related discipline
• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with business applications
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office Tools with focus on Microsoft Excel
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Structured, reliable and responsible approach to work
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and business processes quickly
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support or escalate an issue
• Good command of English and Serbian

Nice to Have

Previous experience is an advantage, but not required , in one or more of the following areas:

• CRM or other business systems
• Data processing, reporting or analytics
• IT Help Desk or end-user support
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows
• Field Force or Sales Force Effectiveness processes
• Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
• System testing

You will work directly with the Field Force Monitoring Manager and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions and markets, gaining exposure to both the business and technology sides of pharmaceutical commercial operations . The position offers an opportunity to gradually build deeper expertise in areas such as Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, commercial systems, data analytics and business technology , while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
