Field Force Merchandiser

• Conduct stock replenishment and daily Out-of-Stock (OOS) checks across all assigned touchpoints.
• Perform stock rotation based on FIFO principles and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Ensure product hygiene, cleanliness, and proper product handling at all times.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and brand guidelines to protect and strengthen Brand Share of Shelf (SOS).
• Ensure perfect execution of all in-store activities and HQ requirements with strong ownership and accountability.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with outlet personnel.
• Ensure quality call coverage and implement the required BCP store visit standards and processes.
• Identify and promptly escalate urgent or critical issues for immediate resolution.
• Ensure timely and excellent execution of promotions, including setup, pricing, and display maintenance.
• Manage POSM deployment, maintenance, and disposal according to guidelines.
• Ensure accurate reporting and on-field data collection via FFAS, including OOS, freshness, promotion compliance, outlet feedback, and other required information.
• Achieve agreed sales volume targets through effective sales ordering and stock management at stores.
• Negotiate with outlet personnel to secure better shelf facings and/or additional display areas.

Job Requirements

• Minimum N-Level qualification.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and understand English.
• Able to safely handle and transport items of up to 15kg as required for store operations.
• Willing to travel island-wide.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
