Position: Field Implementation Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and clinics across Telangana districts for software implementation and onboarding.
• Train doctors, nurses, and client staff on the use of Hextgen healthcare software.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve basic software-related issues.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Technical/Product Team for technical issues and escalations.
• Ensure clients understand and effectively use the software.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide post-implementation support.
• Travel regularly to different client locations across Telangana.

Requirements

• Age: 25–40 years
• Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
• Telugu is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and software knowledge.
• Comfortable supporting customers on healthcare software.
• Willing to travel across Telangana districts.
• Own laptop is mandatory.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
