Field Inspector

Minimum Qualifications OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
• Experience conducting jobsite safety inspections, orientations
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations
• Strong communication skills
• East Bay/ Silicon Valley /San Francisco Bay Area

We are seeking field-focused Safety Inspectors with strong, hands-on construction experience. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, visiting multiple jobsites, and evaluating a wide range of construction activities.

The primary responsibilities include conducting jobsite safety inspections, identifying hazardous conditions and unsafe work practices, and documenting findings through clear and defensible reports. This position also includes supporting and delivering safety training, both in the field and in group settings, depending on project needs.

You will be working across different jobsites and contractors, so the ability to quickly assess conditions, apply consistent standards, and communicate expectations clearly is essential.

The ideal candidate is confident in the field, communicates professionally with site supervisors and crews, and maintains an objective and consistent approach when evaluating jobsite conditions. You should be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing schedules or urgent needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly explain safety observations, expectations, and training topics to both field personnel and management.
