Field Line Painter

Dynamo Soccer is hiring reliable field line painters to maintain the playing lines across our recreation soccer fields at Pole Green Park, Taylor Park, and Courthouse Park for our 7-week season. We're open to filling this with one painter covering all three parks or multiple painters splitting the parks between them, whichever gets the work done well and on time. All fields across all three parks need to be fully painted once per week, weekdays only, before 5:00 PM. You can split the work across two or three weekday visits if that fits your schedule better than doing everything in one day, as long as every field at every park is done by week's end.
All painting equipment and paint are provided. You do not need to supply your own.
You'll be responsible for painting and touching up boundary lines, center lines, penalty areas, and goal areas across all fields at all three parks so they're crisp and clearly visible for weekend games and weeknight practices.
Fields You'll Be Painting
17 fields total, spread across the three parks, laid out by age/format:

• 5 fields at 7v7 size
• 3 fields at 9v9 size
• 9 fields at 4v4 size

Field counts per park and exact dimensions will be confirmed on a walkthrough before the first paint job. Line specifications (widths, colors, exact markings) will be provided and should be followed consistently week to week.
Responsibilities

• Paint and re-stripe all field lines (sidelines, end lines, center lines, penalty/goal areas as applicable to each field size) once per week
• Complete all 17 fields by the end of each week, weekdays only, before 5:00 PM (can be split across multiple visits)
• Use straight, consistent, properly spaced lines to a standard width
• Use and take care of club-provided line painting equipment and paint
• Flag any field surface issues (bare patches, drainage problems, damaged turf/grass) noticed during the walk
• Communicate proactively if weather or field conditions will delay or prevent painting on the scheduled day

Requirements

• Prior experience painting athletic fields (soccer preferred, but multi-sport field painting experience considered)
• Own reliable transportation to travel between all three parks
• Available weekdays, before 5:00 PM, on a consistent weekly basis for the full 7-week season
• Attention to detail and consistency across a large number of fields spread across multiple sites
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own route and time across three parks
