Duties

• Lead and supervise multiple landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance crews to ensure timely and quality project execution
• Oversee construction projects, including hardscape installation, irrigation system setup, and planting initiatives
• Manage daily operations of outdoor work activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is properly maintained
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to plan project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
• Conduct plant identification, horticulture assessments, and landscape evaluations to guide maintenance strategies
• Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety standards during site visits and project supervision
• Oversee irrigation management, including installation, repair, and system optimization for sustainable landscape health

Skills

• Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques
• Proven supervising experience with crew management and team leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care methods
• Construction experience related to outdoor projects such as hardscape installations and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely along with grounds maintenance tools
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively
• Outdoor work experience demonstrating resilience in varying weather conditions and terrain

Pay: $89,399.66 - $102,114.85 per year
