Field Manager – Child Welfare Programs

(Bronx, NY – Full Time)

We are seeking dedicated Field Manager to help connect children and families to the services they need most. You will partner closely with colleagues at Montefiore/UBA’s Clinical Support Program (CSP), who provide assessments/consultations and referrals to Bronx families involved in the child welfare system. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community outreach, resource navigation, and client support, with strong knowledge of New York City (especially Bronx) service systems.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee and streamline all intake and administrative operations for UBA Child Welfare programs, including:

• Coordinate and manage all incoming consult requests.
• Ensure smooth workflow across teams, working closely with supervisors to balance caseloads and meet funder expectations.
• Serve as a key liaison with funders and community providers to maintain strong collaboration and service quality.
• Review clinical requests and track key deliverables, ensuring services are timely, accurate, and impactful.
• Oversee charting compliance
• Provide ancillary supervision, facilitate team meetings, and conduct in‑service trainings as needed.

What You Bring

• MSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical master's degree required
• 1–3 years’ experience working with families involved in or at risk of child welfare involvement.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Experience serving low‑income and culturally diverse populations.

Starting Salary: $72,800

Location: 334 E. 148th St., 2nd Fl., Bronx, NY 10451 (some travel required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
