Full-Time Field Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated, organized Field Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities and lead direct-support staff in the Toledo area. This role combines team supervision, compliance oversight, and hands-on support to help ensure individuals receive quality services and make progress toward their goals.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support direct-support staff.
• Monitor service quality, documentation, and compliance with applicable Ohio DODD requirements.
• Ability to work with and establish great relationships with DODD Support Service Administrators
• Help ensure each individual’s services align with their Individual Service Plan (ISP) and support progress toward their goals and outcomes.
• Provide direct support services as needed.
• Administer medications in accordance with applicable requirements and individual plans.
• Coordinate schedules, communicate with team members, and help address day-to-day service needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established policies and procedures.
• Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, staff management or supervision, and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience supporting ISP implementation and tracking individual goals and outcomes.
• Ability to provide direct support services and administer medications, or meet applicable training and certification requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time position with a flexible schedule based on individual and team needs.
• Some schedule flexibility may be needed to support services and staff.

Compensation

• $30,000–$40,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional bonus-related incentives may be available.
