Field Marketer

TrueCraft Construction is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Field Marketing Representative to generate new business opportunities throughout Orange County. This position involves speaking directly with homeowners, introducing our company and services, identifying potential home-improvement needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Introduce TrueCraft Construction and explain our roofing, exterior painting, patio cover, window, concrete, remodeling, and ADU services.
• Identify homeowners who may be interested in repairs, upgrades, or free estimates.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our project consultants.
• Distribute company flyers, door hangers, and other marketing materials.
• Accurately record homeowner information, project interests, and appointment details.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain consistent daily activity.
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully in every interaction.
• Attend occasional community events, home shows, and neighborhood marketing campaigns.
• Provide daily updates regarding contacts, leads, appointments, and neighborhood feedback.

Qualifications

• Previous canvassing, door-to-door, field marketing, construction, roofing, solar, or home-improvement experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Able to walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work throughout Orange County.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
