Field Marketer

About the Role

We are recruiting energetic and results-driven Field Marketers to promote our service across different locations in Nigeria. You will work independently in your assigned area, engaging artisans, businesses, and individuals on the ground. This is a high-performance role with clear monthly targets. Success is measured strictly by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grassroots field marketing activities in your assigned location(s) across Nigeria
• Identify, engage, and onboard artisans and users in large volumes every month
• Convert and bring businesses or individuals to actively use the service
• Execute all activities through approved sessions only
• Track and report all activities with clear, measurable data
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly performance targets
• Represent the brand professionally while building strong local networks

Performance Expectations

This is a high-performance role with clear monthly targets. Successful Field Marketers will engage a large number of artisans and convert businesses/individuals onto the platform every month. Exact KPIs will be shared during the interview process. Only candidates who are comfortable with ambitious, measurable targets should apply.

Note: Failure to meet the required performance standards will result in contract termination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or grassroots promotions (preferably in Nigeria)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
• Comfortable working across different locations within your region
• Must be based in (or willing to operate from) the location you are applying for
• Basic smartphone/data skills for reporting and tracking
