Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through field prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Visit prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential business opportunities.
• Research the market and identify new customer and business opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
• Submit accurate and timely reports on field activities, leads and conversions.

Requirements:

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confident and comfortable meeting and engaging prospective customers.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned location as required.
