Position: Field Marketing Manager
We are seeking a proven canvassing leader to oversee door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods and educate homeowners about water treatment systems and solutions.
- Schedule free water test and demonstration
Compensation:
- Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides (Earn $100K-$175K per year)
