Field Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

A Field Marketing Officer promotes the company's solar products and services by generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, conducting site visits, and supporting sales activities in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, or industrial solar projects.
• Educate customers about solar energy systems, costs, incentives, and benefits.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for site assessments and project follow-ups.
• Attend trade fairs, roadshows, and local events.
• Build partnerships with businesses, homeowners' associations, and local government units.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (experience in renewable energy is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct fieldwork.
• Valid driver's license (often preferred).
• Knowledge of solar energy products is a plus.
