FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Portfolio Growth

○ Identify and target potential clients, including business owners, employed individuals, and other prospects

○ Promote RECOL products to potential clients and persuade them to avail of the loan

○ Meet sales targets and expand the loan portfolio

Marketing and Promotion

○ Develop and implement initiatives to reach potential clients, such as presentations, meetings, and other promotional activities

○ Showcase RECOL product features and benefits to clients

Relationship Building

○ Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

○ Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Sales and Negotiation

○ Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients

○ Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate

Operational Requirements

○ Possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle for fieldwork

○ Submit regular reports and updates on activities and progress
