Field Marketing Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers through face-to-face interactions and sales activities. Duties

• Conduct door-to-door sales efforts to introduce our offerings to prospective clients within targeted neighborhoods or communities.
• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face communication, effectively explaining product benefits and answering questions.
• Make sales over the phone when appropriate, following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.
• Represent the company professionally during all interactions, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Identify new sales opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in face-to-face sales or door-to-door marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in various outdoor environments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and customer service roles.
• Comfortable making cold calls and following up with potential clients over the phone.
• Prior experience in marketing or promotional roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
