Field Marketing Representative

Join our dedicated team at Living in Place Caregivers as a part time Home Health Care Field Marketer. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate seamless operational coordination between our agency, hospitals, skilled nursing homes, physicians, and community organizations. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in generating referrals, building relationships, driving growth, and enhancing our agency's presence in the home care and Non-Emergency Medical Transport community. This position is part time starting with two days a week.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry, is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are a plus
• A valid driver’s license and transportation are required

Responsibilities

• Promote our home care services to local business offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, VA offices, etc., in Tulare County
• Identify and engage potential clients, referral sources, and community partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
• Track and report on marketing efforts, leads, sales activities, and outcomes to the marketing manager
• Following the schedule and marketing plan as set out by the marketing manager
