Innov8 Sales Group is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives.

This is an entry-level opportunity focused on speaking directly with homeowners, introducing them to the programs and services we offer, and setting appointments for our Energy Consultants.

No prior experience required — we provide paid training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outreach with homeowners in residential neighborhoods.
• Introduce homeowners to Innov8 Sales Group and the programs we offer.
• Ask questions to identify homeowner interest and potential opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants.
• Accurately track leads, appointments, and daily activity.
• Communicate homeowner information and notes clearly to the sales team.
• Represent Innov8 professionally in the field.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.

Qualifications

No previous sales experience is required.
